When someone in our Amish community has a problem, we come together as a community and help them. Since you decided to work with us you are now part of "our" family.

Your pole barn gets storm damage, let us know and we will be over the next day to cover the damage for FREE. After that you are moved to the top of our list to get your building fixed. We will fix any metal damage FREE of charge, we just ask that you pay for labor and material

for any structural repairs.

You accidentally back into the pole barn, we are there for you. We will have someone over to repair/replace the metal FREE of charge.

You are now part of our business family and community and we will be there for you!

"Double Lifetime"

What exactly is a double lifetime warranty? It means the warranty is transferable to the next owner of your home should you decide to sell it.

This is a huge pro to prospective buyers when selling your house and property. Not only will they have the benefits of an incredibly pole barn, but they’ll have a warranty that covers anything that could happen to it just like you do now.

Accident Free

No matter what happens to your pole barn, Zehr has you covered. We’re the only pole barn company in all of Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio with a warranty that includes accident coverage.

Our warranty includes:

Accidents and Storm damage

Did a tree fall during a storm and damage your roof? Did high winds cause damage? Did you accidentally run into your barn? We will fix your pole barn for FREE!

The "Clumsy Brother" Exception

You know that clumsy brother (or sister) that runs into everything? If that is you, we still love you but will only fix you running into the wall 2 times. After that we will be over fast because you are still part of the family but ask you pay for the material and the service call to fix it. Fair enough:)

"3 Little Pigs" Exception

You know the story right..."I will huff and puff and blow your house down!"

In the case of a tornado or the straight line winds that do happen from time to time and cause structural damage.

You are still family and we will move you to the top of our priority list to get back up and running ASAP!

All we ask you to pay for materials and our labor cost to fix it. Fair enough right?

The Fine Print Exceptions

We don't like fine print either. This is where we want to make sure we are on the same page.

We are family now and don't want some misunderstanding to get in our way.

If your barn is in a wooded area, we will fix your roof once but after that we will be there ASAP because you are family to fix but you just need to cover the service call and material.

The warranty is for metal damage only, if structure is damaged you will need to pay for the nominal labor and material cost to fix.
